Stephen is an accomplished finance and operations professional with more than 20 years of public and private sector experience. As an entrepreneur, Stephen served as President/CEO of a consumer goods manufacturing company where he led the organization through strategic growth and innovation. Â
He’s held other roles as an Internal Auditor, Accounting Manager, Operations Manager and Director of Projects. Industries include the Department of Defense, Finance, Manufacturing and Utilities.Â
In his career, he has developed innovative financial processes, authored risk- mitigation strategies, managed corporate budgets and oversaw the development of a task management and back-office communication system that revolutionized the utility industry. Stephen has a deep understanding of finance and what drives business value.Â
Drawing on his extensive background, Stephen’s experience has come full circle, inspiring him to partner with Benjamin Smith to create GPC Group – a Valuation & Exit Planning firm dedicated to helping small business owners unlock their full potential. Â
